Samsung Surface SUR40 Multi-touch Table


The latest version of Microsoft Surface table can be ordered now. The Samsung device developed in collaboration with Microsoft offers a 40-inch large touch screen that can recognize objects.
In the first quarter of this year, Microsoft had presented to the next generation of the successful Surface table at CES. Now this can be pre-ordered in 23 countries, where delivery will take place from early 2012. The Samsung SUR40 is equipped with a 40 inch large touch screen that has a resolution of 1,920 x 1,080 px.
Since the device can simultaneously detect up to 50 touches, can thus operate more than one person simultaneously therewith. The interactive table can also recognize objects and embed them right into the action, as demonstrated in the following video:

Samsung and Microsoft had made available the first Microsoft Surface 2.0 multi-touch table, the Samsung SUR40. The Samsung SUR40 is now available for pre-order in 23 countries like: United States, Canada, parts of Asia and Europe, ahead of its launch in January 2012. The Samsung SUR40 is designed and intended for business, but Microsoft has noted that the tables can be taken on board one at a time, at a price of about $7,600 each.
The Samsung SUR40 sports Microsoft’s Surface technology and works as an intelligent table with a 40-inch 1080p multi-touch surface that distinguishes fingers, blobs and a host of objects. The Samsung SUR40 can be used to enlighten and amuse patrons.
 The Samsung SUR40 is fully-embedded PC with a high definition 40-inch wide touchscreen display, a powerful 2.9GHz AMD Athlon II X2 Dual-Core processor, an AMD Radeon HD 6750M Series graphics card for best video experience, a 4GB of RAM, a 320GB of hard disk drive and an embedded version of Windows 7 Professional 64-bit Operating System with a Surface 2.0 SDK.

  1. That is a great way to seek the prices for the lowest lamp out in the market because of the high volume competition the internet carries. Going to local Swap Meets or garage sales can be a great way to find a cheap touch table lamp that is in good condition and would probably cost triple if bought new.
